Costume Enchanter

Looking to add a little more power to your style? The Costume Enchanter lets you enhance your favorite costume headgears with random stat boosts — giving you more than just good looks.

The Costume Enchanter NPC allows you to enchant a specific costume by sacrificing a duplicate of that costume along with some materials. The enchantment adds a random stat bonus, making each attempt exciting and rewarding.

Only specific costumes are eligible (check with the NPC for a list).

Enchant results are randomized — higher bonuses are rarer.
